Anthony joined us in April 2022, having worked within the hospitality industry for 18 years, drawing inspiration from all over the world including numerous Michelin starred restaurants, seamlessly synthesising the familiar and the unknown to form daringly bold flavours and class. Our carefully-crafted menu which focuses on seasonal produce accentuates the uniquely exquisite flavours that have come to define The Furzedown.
